Each order has one of the following statuses:

  • Pending - your ticket buyer has chosen the amount, entered contacts and is currently completing the order. Pending orders are also those which are paid using regular invoice and are waiting for the bank transfer to arrive.
  • Expired - the order was not completed during reasonable amount of time.
  • Cancelled - customer has cancelled the payment. 
  • Completed - the order has been successfully completed and paid.
  • Refunded - the tickets are cancelled and the order has been refunded to the customer.
  • Complimentary - free tickets which you have sent out using our complimentary ticket tool.
