Each order has one of the following statuses:

  • Pending - buyer has chosen tickets, has entered contacts and is currently completing the order. Pending orders are also those which are being paid using regular invoice and are waiting for the bank transfer to complete.
  • Expired - the order was not completed during reasonable amount of time.
  • Cancelled - customer has cancelled the payment. 
  • Completed - the order has been successfully completed and paid.
  • Refund requested - your request to refund the order is waiting to be processed.
  • Refunded - the tickets are cancelled and the order has been refunded to the customer.
  • Complimentary - free tickets which you have sent out using our complimentary ticket tool.
